This policy explains how Santa Glows orders are processed and delivered.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order to the United States and United Kingdom. Rates for other destinations, where available, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs checks and peak holiday volume can add time.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the order has been dispatched.
Customs, duties and taxes
If your order is subject to import duties or taxes in your country, they are the buyer's responsibility unless they were collected at checkout.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
- Delayed: if your tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us.
- Lost: if a parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
- Damaged: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
