These terms apply to your use of santaglows.shop and to any purchase you make from Santa Glows. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

Products and descriptions

We try to show our products and their features accurately. Colours on screen and animated demonstrations may differ slightly from the real product. App features and the number of built-in designs may be updated over time.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout when the required quantity is in your cart. We may limit quantities and may cancel orders affected by a pricing or stock error, in which case you receive a full refund.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where fraud is suspected. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds page. Both form part of these terms.

Safe use

Use the lights only with the supplied power cable and a suitable USB power source. Do not use damaged cables or bulbs. Keep the controller away from open water. Follow the instructions included in the box.

Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Santa Glows or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Third-party services

The site and checkout run on Shopify and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the country where you live, unless the law requires otherwise.
