You decide how your personal information is used. This page explains the choices available to you and how to use them.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics tools can count as "sharing" under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). To opt out, email support@santaglows.shop with the subject line "Opt out" and the email address you use with us. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser.
Cookie choices
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
- Use a privacy extension or enable Global Privacy Control to limit tracking.
- Essential cookies, such as those that keep your cart and checkout working, cannot be turned off.
Marketing emails
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email us and we will remove you. Order and shipping emails still go out, because they are part of your purchase.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information, except where we must keep it for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
How to make a request
- Email support@santaglows.shop from the address linked to your order, or include your order number.
- Tell us which choice you want to use.
- We may ask a question or two to confirm it is you.
We reply within 30 days. You will not be treated differently for using your privacy rights. You can also ask an authorised agent to make a request for you.
